Aaron and his team were efficient (fast!) and neat finiishing our new bathroom. The end result looked fantastic, and he was very easy to work with. Iâ d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Aaron is extremely thorough, thoughtfully and a great communicator. I was constantly impressed with his quick response time and flexibility. His team renovated my bathroom (new sink, toilet, bathtub and floor) and did an overhaul of the whole apartment. Including resurfacing the kitchen cabinets and re-staining the butcher block countertops. They painted the whole apartment and made all minor repairs across the bedrooms. A really big job that they handled quickly and efficiently.

Aaron and his team were the best! They did an amazing gut reno of my kitchen and I am beyond happy with it. He and his crew were highly responsive to feedback and were key in helping me realize my vision for the kitchen. I will definitely reach out to them for any future renovation needs!

Aaron and team are great. They remodelled both of our bathrooms. Everyone who worked on our projects went above and beyond from communications to problem solving to staying within budget. The team of Mr Wu, Tommy, and Jason worked tirelessly. And they cleaned up after each work day! They were all very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tumen and would definitely use them for our future projects.

Aaron and his team go above and beyond to ensure work is meticulously done, done on time and done well. Also, done on budget. We couldnâ t be happier with our total apt renovation and came to completely trust Aaron and his team completely while we were out of state for the duration of the Reno. He also let us ship things to his home, won the good graces of our strict condo building and entertained all my last minute ideas (wallpaper anyone?). Highly recommend their services!

Working with Tumen was a far better experience than I had dare hope when beginning the daunting task of getting ready for a whole home renovation - and a Brooklyn brownstone no less. The lead, Aaron, is a true professional who remains calm and cool in all situations, big and small: a genuine boon in the maelstrom of stressors that will inevitably emerge in a project this size. The team worked quickly, and professionally. We are still amazed at the value delivered in the pricing Tumen provided for us. And while we did run into change orders along the way, which impacted our final cost, not once did we feel that we were being treated unfairly as new costs arose - and let's be honest, almost all of them arose because we changed our mind and added to the scope or asked for unexpected changes to be made. The reason for giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is due to the one area in which Tumen could improve: attention to finishing details. I will say that I am a detail freak and I suspect I may have been hard to deal with towards the end of the project, but the little things are very important to me. To be clear - Tumen acquitted themselves well during this finishing phase and unlike many crews, there was always someone there to get the last mile work done. In the end, I would 100% work with Tumen and Aaron again. In fact, I have a hard time believing that I would work with anyone else. If you are considering their services, you will be hard pressed to find a team that is as reliable, well priced, and capable as the team at Tumen. Every morning I wake up in our renovated home I thank the lucky stars that we found them! My hats off to them!
