 + -1 moreThis was supposed to be an URGENT city RUSH delivery that was going literally all of 15 city blocks. It wook well over three hours for the delivery rep to pick up the package after many calls to the company and all kinds of promises that the delivery would be made in a timely fashion. It was hot and it ruined an important show for us.THEY WERE NOT RELIABLE, the shame is the predecessor company, Aliiance Logistics, was a well-run, customer focused company prior to the merger with Need It Now. The new company is not reliable and not customer driven. We tried them again a few weeks later and got the same exact result. Given they did not perform the service in a satisfactory way and they acknowledged this, they promised they would forgo charging us for this mess months ago. Fast forward to today, and not only have they not kept the verbal promise, they sent me a bill for services (NOT) rendered. This seems to bea particularly poorly executed merger between Need It Now and Alliance Logistics. BEWARE!

Fast forward to today, and not only have they not done that, I am now getting bills seeking payment. This seems to be a particularly poorly executed merger between Need it Now and Alliance Logistics. BEWARE!
