The company sent Dara and a helper to diagnose a problem. Dara just put water in my pump, then asked me to turn on the AC. Then he went to my compressor unit and I went with him and claimed my unit was leading gas. He charged me $450 to fill it up with gas. The unit is only 2 years old. Having left the premises and done very little to help me understand what the problem was he claimed it was fixed. Please also note I had to pay for their labor charges by the hour. During which he thought it was OK for him to continuously answer his phone and stop working.
They are a bunch of cowboys do not use them. I did not get them from Angies list. They were a referral from my building management company who didn't seem keen on them either. They will not refund me the $872 i paid for nothing.
