From 1st phone call, Russo was knowledgeable about the potential cause of problems and assured repair would be minimal, gave reasonable estimate. When technician arrived for repair, very professional and cost was fair for repair work. Would consider him again for future electrical problems.

The job went very well. The contractor responded promptly to my Voicemail message and came as scheduled to provide an estimate. The work team arrived as scheduled and successfully completed the job. The job was neatly completed.

It went well. The owner contacted me right away. However, he never provided a written quote or a receipt as asked. Other than that, no other complaints. The product is still working so far.

They replaced and install lighting fixtures but broke my mirror and refusing to help and pay for the damage done. I would rate them no star.

I hired Russo Electric to replace an electrical Subpanel in my home which was faulty. They came out and looked at the situation and agreed the panel needed to be replaced, which i'm not sure that it was faulty at this time; I now believe that the subpanel either needed a breaker to be tightened or replaced. As professionals I asked for their opinion on the safety of an old main cartridge panel, and they said everything looked good. This is NOT the case, I had a home inspector come to the home, and he stated the main cartridge panel has a double tap which is extremely dangerous, and also was jumped with a very small gauge wire, which could easily cause a fire! Also there is another Panel, which is a Recalled Federal Pacific panel, and a safety and fire hazard. They didn't even bother to look at this panel and or mention how this should be replaced. This I'm sure is a violation of the Electrician code of ethics, and I will be looking to file a complaint. All in all, they should've advised me on removing the Recalled Federal Pacific panel, removing the Cartridge panel, and also removing the sub panel and Installing 1 new upgraded panel. I should never have been quoted to replace this sub panel at a cost of almost $500, when in reality I should have been given the advice to replace everything, which would be the correct job! When I approached the Owner Steve about the situation, he stated and I Paraphrase "we don't usually try to Upsell clients with more services" When it comes to safety of the individual and their family, it's not upselling, its ethical to let them know what the situation is. I will then decide what I want to do next!!! Also what company would not take any chance to have a bigger job? It is such a ludicrous response! I then asked him to come to the home and give an estimate on replacing all of this, and he has given me the runaround for weeks, and obviously wants to now stay away from this situation. Extremely poor business ethics and expertise!!! I was nice enough to give them the opportunity to come again, even though I should not trust them with any work, and they couldn't even come through with this! Stay away from this Company if you value your safety and would like to be pointed out obvious defects!

They did such a great job! Will definitely use them again.

John quickly diagnosed why the outlets were not working and fixed the bad breaker and replaced the outlets. Also, explained how they were wired for future upkeep. Professional, friendly and fast.

John and Alex showed up on time. John explained exactly what they would do and they then proceeded to remove the old ceiling fan and install the new Ceiling light and duplex wall receptacle. I spoke with Steve Russo earlier last week and told him exactly what I needed done and he explained everything they would do clearly to me. Russo Electric is very professional and do excellent work. I would definitely hire them again for future electrical work.

Wonderful! The two electricians were very professional and knowledgeable. They had all of the tools needed, and completed the work in under an hour. They even cleaned up after themselves, and sorted the parts for easy recycling. I would highly recommend this firm, and use them again.

Their team arrived early and were very quick to get started. Clean install of the outlet and in a convenient location for our washer and dryer setup. I'm very happy with the work they did.

Seamless, I couldn't have asked for better service. I called 3 electricians for estimates and Russo came in with the best price. I left a message on his service and he called back within 15 minutes. We made an appointment, he arrived early, knew exactly what I needed, and his crew was beyond professional. They were super efficient, friendly, and even cleaned up after they finished. I will absolutely use Russo Electric again in the future---I plan on installing outdoor lighting over my shop sign. I highly recommend them to anyone, regardless of the scope of the job.

When I hired Russo Electric the first time, I knew there was additional work I wanted done. So, when it was time to complete the tasks I did not hesitate to bring them back. The two man crew showed up on time and proceeded to install a ceiling fan in each of three bedrooms. This included installing switches in two of the bedrooms. They also installed a gfci outlet outside. Additionally, our front doorbell was not working and our past attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. They quickly identified the problem and returned a second time to complete the job.

I have been a member of Angie's list for over a year now but never used the services until recently when I called Russo Electric; they were pretty busy which is always a good thing but they were able to come and correct the wiring problem and put up my track lights for $175 not the $600+ that general contractor was trying to get over on me. Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend an appreciate your prompt response, professionalism and integrity.

The team was efficient, courteous, and did quality work. Some light troubleshooting was needed to identify the problem, once identified work progressed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Russo for future needs!!
