Hardwood Flooring Service
They were prompt in response, but everything else was a disaster. There was pooling / uneven areas, which was problem enough but the worst was their unprofessionalism. We asked them to strip the finish and then do a clear recoat. I took off work to be on site once they stripped the finish, but they didn't want me around. I came back and discovered that the previous owners had replaced some of the flooring with red oak, so with a clear coat it looked very bad. Rather than stop the process when they discovered this, they coated everything. After talking to Rob Barasch and Terry Lowdan then refused to take responsibility for their team's work. After a lot of pushing, they agreed to a partial refund which they then also failed to deliver. Avoid.
