+ -1 moreI cannot speak to their service except when it comes to collecting money as they are not responding to phone calls or emails. On the other hand our 4 machines are working. The dryers now run for more time that no one asked for.
Description of Work: I have been calling Coinmach on Jan 18, 28 and Feb 1 to get information on switching 2 washers and 2 dryers from coin to cards for payment. An associate came to empty coin drawers at least twice but I received no phone call and on Feb 2, 2016 a sign was put on the wall and on the machines indicating that the machines would now cost 25% more starting immediately. I have both called and emailed and was always assured I would receive a call within 48 hours.
