Sean Mills - Sm Solutions

Description of Work: Do not hire this contractor. Sean poured a Stampcrete sidewalk for me before Memorial Day, 2012. The quality of the work was terrible: crumbled edges, aggregate showing in some of the stamping, rough surfaces from overworking while smothing the borders, double stamp marks and double edging marks, and especially swirl marks all over from pressure washing. Sean agreed that it was unacceptable and agreed to replace it. He made numerous appointments over the course of the summer to come and replace it, but never showed up. He has been very difficult to contact, I sometimes had to resort to calling him from phones he would not recognize. It is now after Labor Day. We are now preparing to take him to small claims court.
