First man arrived at appointed time and started to take the furnace apart and do the pre-work. Next 2 more service people came and started to remove the old furnace . Install the new furnace, 2 new oil lines, safety shut off switch and new air filter. Adjusted the ducts to fit the new furnace and made the area smaller and easier to get to. 4th man went up and inserted the chimney liner. Never heard from them. Did the work, accomplished the goals probably in about 5 hours which was very reasonable. Cleaned up the area and explained all the new points and additional safety features on the new furnace. Checked to make sure the furnace was working. Packed up and left. I explained to the salesman that I wouldn't have the money until 10/31 and that wasn't an issue. Just got a thank you letter with a travel mug and thermos in the box and just received the statement. Very happy with them and very happy to recommend their business.

Techs arrived on time, very friendly; but also professional got right to work and accomplished, in my opinion, a lot of work for 2 guys. Cleaned up more than their own mess after completion. An overall great 1st experience with this company.
