"The installation was efficient and satisfactory; however, I would have appreciated it if the sales rep, when meeting with me at my home and going over the options, would have pointed out that the color of the window frame would not match the color of surrounding wood."
"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
"Renewal by Andersen has been a wonderful experience! They built and installed four new windows for my condo! From sales through installation the people were unreal. The windows were professionally installed within four hours. The installers worked like a well-oiled team. From the minute they started I viewed a fantastic group. Their trailer contained the windows and everything needed. They laid down plastic inside to ensure everything remained pristine.
The windows are beautiful and made me happy. I'd highly recommend them if you need windows. They are not cheap but well worth the money! Condo owners around me were all watching the progress!!"

"CHW responded to my online claim quickly and set up an appointment with a service company to come and repair my thermostat in two days time, which was great! They gave me the name and number of the service provider as well. When the day came, I called the company about halfway through the service window given just to check on timing, and they had no record of my appointment!! Luckily, they were able to fit me in and a repairman came out and fixed my thermostat, so all was well. However, if I hadn't called to confirm the timing, I would've been left sitting and fuming all day! I shouldn't have to confirm with the service company once CHW has confirmed the appointment with me."

Yes, most manufacturers offer warranties for materials and performance. Confirm terms before purchasing.
Most standard windows can accommodate solar screens, but specialty shapes or non-standard frames may require custom solutions. It’s important to consult with a professional to ensure compatibility and proper fit for unique window designs. Arched, bay, and fabricated windows often need fabricated screens, which can increase costs and lead time.

Visibility through tinted house windows or privacy film depends on the lighting. During the day, the tint or film typically prevents people from seeing inside. However, at night, if you have lights on inside your home, the interior will be brighter than the outside, which allows people to see in. You can choose from various shades of privacy film, from lighter to darker, to optimize the level of privacy you want.
When comparing impact windows vs. hurricane shutters, it’s important to consider the protection and installation details to determine the right choice for you. For constant protection against storms and flying debris, impact windows are a better option than hurricane shutters, especially if you don’t want to install shutters that will change the look of your house. However, impact windows are more costly than hurricane shutters. If you want a budget-friendly option that’s still protective against storms, hurricane shutters are a solid option.
