While the work was done well in the end, there were quite a few hiccups along the way. First the contractor did not show up at the scheduled time for the initial appointment of assessing the work. Once he did arrive, he was enthusiastic about how to get the work done in a simple and effective manner. But then on the day the work was scheduled, he was unable to come because of an emergency on another job. I think this is understandable, but I had taken a morning off work and told this to the scheduler beforehand. So I was upset that no one called me the morning the work was scheduled to explain what happened. Instead I had to call 30 minutes after the scheduled start time and get the explanation. The work was then rescheduled, but since I could not take off work again, I was not home while the work was done, and the work was incomplete. When I brought this to Land G's attention they immediately said they would come back and finish the work, no extra cost. Despite this, and despite Land G's staff being very polite when I did speak with them, did not appreciate having to track them down and be so on top of them with so many aspects of their work.

Prompt, professional and courteous from start to finish. The job was completed very quickly. Plan on using this company for other work. I would absolutely recommend Land G roofing. Glad they're in the area.

It went very well. The arrived on time and finished the jobs. No need to call back in to complete.
