Amazing. Tree was down when I arrived home from work. The site was so clean, there was no sign he had been there except for a very short stump which we had agreed to. I called and left a message over the weekend. Ben called back that day and came to look at the work. All this over a weekend. He came back Monday and took the tree down. No drama, no fuss, highly personable and professional. This was one of the best contracting experiences I have had in the North County in a very long time!!!!!

He came exactly on time, he completed the work in about half the expected time, he was meticulous and took great care that the huge limbs didn't damage anything and they fell where he wanted them. He cleaned up as he went and left virtually no mess at all. He was courteous, fast and I really can't say enough good things about him!
