"It was challenging adding a major addition which included an indoor swimming pool, master bedroom, bath and laundry area to an existing older A-frame cottage. The project, as of 11/16/2013, has been completed one day over the completion target date and I'm delighted with the results. I can not praise the architect/builder enough for exceptional work and professionalism. I came into this project with some very definite goals that I wished to see in the final look of the project. I recently purchased a 30 year old Tudor style home that had no garage and the completed two car garage looks like the it has always been there with the house.
I have dealt with many architects and builders in the past for various business projects and know how difficult it can be to coordinate the architect and the contractor with the numerous questions and problems that can arise during construction. Having the architect and the contractor in the same person is a God send for any home owner. It's like one stop shopping with no stress at all.
I was kept abreast of all phases of the construction schedule and the various work crews assigned for the build. I worked closely with Michael Mullally on many of the "fiddly" details and he was always responsive to my requests.
I could not be happier with the final outcome of the build and look forward to working with him again in the future.
