It went very well. Carpentry and fine finishing were very good. Supervision of subcontractors was very good. Excellent design skills. He was the best we dealt with when struggling to come up with a way to expand the house in a aesthetically pleasing way. It was a difficult site, and required all new services, e.g., electrical, plumbing, heating and septic.

"It was challenging adding a major addition which included an indoor swimming pool, master bedroom, bath and laundry area to an existing older A-frame cottage. The foundation of the original building had to be kept untouched, and the aesthetics of the new addition had to blend in and compliment the original structure. We were pleased with the results, and extremely happy to work with such intelligent and deliberate clients. I know they now spend many happy hours watching the sunset over the Ashokan on their new deck off the bedroom, and exercise regularly downstairs in the pool."

They're excellent. I used them a couple of times, probably sometime in the spring of 2012 and again last summer. He is great. Everything he does is great.

The project is currently underway and I have been very pleased with the design and professionalism. I expect to write a full review when the project has been completed.
The project, as of 11/16/2013, has been completed one day over the completion target date and I'm delighted with the results. I can not praise the architect/builder enough for exceptional work and professionalism. I came into this project with some very definite goals that I wished to see in the final look of the project. I recently purchased a 30 year old Tudor style home that had no garage and the completed two car garage looks like the it has always been there with the house.
I have dealt with many architects and builders in the past for various business projects and know how difficult it can be to coordinate the architect and the contractor with the numerous questions and problems that can arise during construction. Having the architect and the contractor in the same person is a God send for any home owner. It's like one stop shopping with no stress at all.
I was kept abreast of all phases of the construction schedule and the various work crews assigned for the build. I worked closely with Michael Mullally on many of the "fiddly" details and he was always responsive to my requests.
I could not be happier with the final outcome of the build and look forward to working with him again in the future.

It was magnificintly done. He was so great to work with. He is both an architect and a contractor and he was open to any suggestions that we made. If it was something that didn't work, he told us it wouldn't work, but if it was something that would enhance the program he was more than willing to listen. He's on time, does what he says he will do, and is always on target with price.

They do whatever work I need done and they've even put in new windows for me. My experiences with the owner of the company have been excellent. They come in exactly at the price that was quoted, there are never extras, they come when they say they are going to come, and the work is done in a timely manner.

The additional work we did around her house was an accommodation and is not our normal trade, but when you have a client as nice as [member name removed] you can hardly turn them down...
