It was done in an hour and a half. I have an service contract, and didn't pay anything. They said it was an four to five hundred dollar part. The cost of the contract was really a saver.

I wasn't happy because he basically told me, don't worry about it. This a guy that we gave a lot of business to and I wasn't even asking for a favor. I was just asking to come by on an emergency outage. He took about 30 minutes to do the repair and part cost $60 and I brought the thing to him that he might have made a mistake when he made the bill because I checked the part out and he said, no, you have no right to check the part out. I said, why do you mean I have no right to check the part out? I opened an account at the plumbing firm and he says, "Well that's the price." So the guy is a snake in the grass and people should know about it. He bought a $40 part and spent 30 minutes and charged me four hundred and something dollars. It should have been a $200 repair at the most. It was in winter and I called him for an emergency repair and it took him three days to get to me.

Called them this morning. The owner is on vacation today yet the remaining team got to my home ASAP. It is great to work with a company that cares.

They were professional. Their price was fair and they did a very good job. I have another pipe that needs to be fixed and I will call them back to do it.

The job was completed, but there was some general slopiness which was not addressed. In particular, sealing the portion of the wall where the burner is connected to the chimney. I am not very handy and my feeling is that i should not have to be. There are cracks in the foundation which they never sealed properly after completion of the job. A couple of contractors who have come in since were surprised and noted that you can see into the chimney. I asked the owner, Ron, to send someone back to fix it, no follow up. In truth i never really agressively followed up on this pending item, but still - i feel that this should not have to be addressed agressively by me just out of professionalism. I paid them close to $10G to abandon the in ground oil tank, install the liner, point the chimney, and install the heating unit. About $3G of that wet to subcontractors to point the chimney and abandon the tank. My feeling is start to finish - a person should make sure to complete the job correctly. Other than that, i would say everything else was acceptable. The owner overall is professional. In short - i would hire them again and do appreciate other times that i have called them out for minor issues. .

I found him through the contractor who I hired for general remodeling of my house and that's why I never paid them directly. They are punctual, courteous, professional and excellent. They came out to do the job and they did it well too. My experience with them has been very good. They are coming back tomorrow to install my refrigerator and my faucets. If need be, then I would call them again in the future.

One Saturday morning we found that our hot water was not working, so we immediately contacted our long-term plumber Ron from Williston Plumbing. Despite the fact that the business is usually closed on Saturdays during the summer, he happened to be in the office and picked up the call. Within a short period of time he was at our home to assess the situation, which actually required several components that were not on this truck. Even though he had a prior family commitment that day, he made time to locate all the necessary parts and return within the hour to begin the work, which actually took several hours. Ron stayed until everything was installed and tested and working properly. His dedication to his customers is what has made him the only plumber we have used for the last 20 years. I never hesitate to recommend him or his crew to anyone I know. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and have always been there when you need them.
