Gerard came the day after we called. Fast, neat job.

Gerard came as promised. He and his crew worked through the morning and did a careful job. The clean up was exemplary. Have used him at least three times over the years and have been very satisfied with his work and the advice he has provided about our trees.

Poor, contractor is not reliable

They did an average job. After the hurricane, they weren't very responsive to my phone calls and it took them a couple weeks to get out, but once they did come out to do the work, they did a great job; the work was excellent. The price was great.

We had used this company in August 2008 and were perfectly satisfied with the work done. On August 24, 2011 I called to make an appointment for an estimate on work I needed done, which included trimming and removing trees. I spoke to someone who made an appointment with me for 4:00pm on August 26. He never arrived and never called to cancel or re-schedule. I realize this was just before the arrival of Hurricane Irene and that maybe Arbor-Pro was "caught up" in the demand for tree service companies to do tree work BEFORE the arrival of Irene. Ergo, I waited approximately two weeks; I never received a call to re-schedule our previous 4:00pm appointment. I am a bit surprised because we were a former customer who spent $2500.00 for work that was professional and well-executed. With all the damage done by Irene I can only assume that there is so much work still around that companies like this can pick and choose what suits them. I would never contact this company again for tree work

This was the second time we used Gerard Arnold's services. I continue to be impressed with this knowledge and caring for trees. Each time he was on site with two other workers with whom he has a good rapport. He is more expensive than other estimates I received, but I feel that his knowledge as an arborist is worth the price.

They gave me an estimate but they never returned my calls to schedule the service.

They are very attentive to problems that you may have and very good at returning calls. They do good work and I plan on using them again. They are family run and one of the family members is always with the crew overseeing things

It went extremely well from start to finish. Mr. Arnold returned my initial call promptly. He was flexible about time. I work and he arranged a time when I could be home from work as I wanted to be. His price was reasonable. He came early on the day we scheduled the work. He finished earlier than we had anticipated. He had a person who assisted him with grinding the tree branches, cleaning up, etc. It was smooth throughout. I would highly recommend Arbor-Pro Tree Service Inc with an A++.

THIS COMPANY WAS REFERRED TO ME BY MY BROTHER. I THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH REMOVING THE TREE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL , POLITE AND FRIENDLY.
