Prestige Designs

The home was built but we wanted some rooms added in the basement and Rick sub-contracted the work. He is the very best combination of work, ethic, talent and integrity!

Rick was the best contractor we've ever had!  Even after the job was done, he helped us out with everything we needed.

We began building in the winter and the only reason we were delayed was due to mother nature and her cold temperatures.  Due to this fact Rick Graci and his vendors were attentive on keeping things in line to not add any additional costs or delays in us moving in.  Once we broke ground, we followed Prestige Designs booklet of vendors to go to pick out all our cabinetry, countertops, carpeting, etc.  Everyone we worked with was pleased with our "allowances" as we were told by them that we were given more then the normal builders who required the customer to make major upgrades and cost them more.  Rick was with us every step of the way.  It was nice being guided as this was our first time building a home.  Even when an issue came up ( like we ordered a bigger bath then our measurements allowed), Rick quickly called to reconfirm and he came up with ideas on how to situate it in the bathroom so we could get the biggest tub in the space we had.  All of his contractors spoke extremely highly of him when they were on the job site, so it was a great environment for our home to be buit in.  We had a few new home issues (cabinets needing to be aligned, a roof part that came down after 60 mile per hour winds) that had to be dealt with and all of the vendors stood by their work and assisted us in rectifying the situations.  Again, you get what you pay for.  WIth Prestige there were no headaches or increased prices or surprises.  It was great quality work with top notch people.  We would and have recommended.  During a recent reassessment, our house value has INCREASED even with the market the way it has been.  Highly recommend.
