We began building in the winter and the only reason we were delayed was due to mother nature and her cold temperatures. Due to this fact Rick Graci and his vendors were attentive on keeping things in line to not add any additional costs or delays in us moving in. Once we broke ground, we followed Prestige Designs booklet of vendors to go to pick out all our cabinetry, countertops, carpeting, etc...

Built us our Dream Home!! Fantastic to work with. Communication and suppliers they utilized were great. After 7 years in this house still in love with everything. Their basics compared to the other competitors were a step up and have shown over time compared to friends who built with bigger building companies. We choose Prestige because of their focus on detail and quality workmanship.
