I drive a '11 Cadillac CTS and one of the greatest parts of the Cadillac Shield program is that standard maintenance for my vehicle (oil changes, multi point inspection, etc.) is free for the first 60,000 miles. However, I have lived in three different areas since purchasing my vehicle and have dealt with three different Cadillac dealership's auto body shops. I have been there twice now and the one at Keyser Cadillac is by far the best. Since I work 40+ hour weeks at a demanding job, it was hard for me to make time to keep up with the routine maintenance that is very important to ensuring I have a long lasting vehicle. Keyser Cadillac's auto body shop has flexible hours, including Saturdays, which is perfect for my schedule. The level of customer service is exceptional, from the mechanic who takes your vehicle at the service drop off, to the receptionist at the service desk that signs you out, all are welcoming and kind. The mechanics that service your vehicle do not engage you in that awkward post service/repair conversation where they recommend "additional work" your vehicle needs. The mechanics simply do the job or service you brought your vehicle to them to do and they do it exceptionally well. The receptionist at the service desk is also very friendly. Based on the approximate annual miles you drive your vehicle, she will recommend a return date to have your vehicle reserviced. This past holiday season, she even provided me with complimentary chocolate truffles to take home.
Moreover, the dealership itself is visually appealing. It is very well organized, customer convenient, and very clean. While waiting in the customer lounge for a vehcle to be serviced, patrons can enjoy complimentary Keurig coffee and pastries, watch TV on a flat screen, read numerous newspapers & magazines, or walk the show floor and check out the new Cadillac models. I was routinely updated with the status of my vehicle and before they gave it back, they washed and dried it. I am a big fan of Keyser Cadillac and will continue to use its automotive body shop after the 60,000 mile factory warranty is up on my vehicle.
