I have used Home Pro Solutions for a number of years now. Not only for a number of rental properties that I had, but at my personal residence as well. Matt has always been very kind and corteous in his dealings with me. He explains fully what the job entails, cost and all factors involved with the work. If he is uncomfortable with a certain project, he will find someone promptly to come in and finish it in a timely manner. I never hesitate in using the services of Home Pro Solutions

It seemed like he overpriced the job just because he didn't want the job. I didn't like him because as soon as he walked in the door he said he needed money. He needed money right away. His price was very, very high. He never answered emails, phone calls, any of that. He answered them but not in a timely manner.

After over a month, they never responded to the initial email I sent. I would not consider them for the future due to their lack of responsiveness and professionalism.

It went very well. Matt walked through my house with me and gave me some estimates on what future work would run. I have some things to do as we just moved in a month and a half ago. House is a little out dated. He is looking forward to working on the master bathroom for me. I can't wait to get it done. I will have him paint my living room/ foyer. Also tear out old panelling in family room and he will have to put up drywall as there is nothing behind it now. A lot of work for them. Just have to do it bit by bit as finances allow us to. I was very pleased with HomePro Solutions and Matt!

The renovation went great. We recently used Matt for another renovation project at our house, and weren't planning on doing our bathroom remodel right away. After the quality of the first renovation, we decided to go ahead with the bathroom sooner than later. All of the work was done in a professional manner, and very clean. Matt communicated with us on a day-by-day basis to let us know his progress. After the project was complete, he stopped by right away to install a new toilet supply line after the old one had a leak.

We used HomePro solutions to completely remodel our family room and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. From the initial estimate all the way through project completion, Matt and his crew were very polite, detailed, communicative, and very skilled at their craft. I also can't say enough about how CLEAN they were during the project. This was very important to us, as my wife is pregnant and we were in the house during all of the construction. The scope of work included new drywall, new laminate floors, 4 replacement doors, new recessed lighting, new crown moulding, baseboards, casings, trim, painting, new outlets/switches, and a replacement fan and light fixture. Matt even did a couple extra things that weren't in his scope for no cost. Matt was a referral from a friend, and we will certainly recommend him to our family/friends, as well as for future work at our house. A great contractor and highly recommended (and I'm usually not one for leaving reviews)!
