True commitment to excellence! Made contact through Angie's List and they contacted me within a couple of hours. The other 2-3 companies which I contacted through Angie's list have yet to contact me! Vinny arrived on time and was very professional and to the point. He did a thorough examination and assessment of my property and quickly arrived at a conclusion and proposed a plan to exterminate the mice in my basement. Aside from identifying the problem he also identified possible points of entry from the outside and made logical suggestions to eliminate these entry points. There was never any effort to up sell me and he accepted payment via check, cash or credit card. Highly recommended! Thank you again for superior service!

They come the same day I called. That is important when you have mice in your home and wasps at your front door. They removed the problem first time

The technician came on time, and was extremely professional. He took care of the bees that were tunneling in our deck. Haven’t seen another bee since he was here! I was also very pleasantly surprised by the price we were charged. From now on we will be calling Amherst Exterminators whenever they are needed!

The gentleman that came out was friendly, professional and answered all my questions before starting the extermination. The work was done quickly and I have had no issues since. I would highly recommend and would hire again if another issue arises.

garage bees gone by next day. roof bees fewer, then cooler weather, so think they are gone. if not, we will call amherst exterminating again. they were great!

Went well, person on phone was very pleasant and helpful. He was very nice even though I had to change the day. They were able to come out within a couple of days and solve the problem. I guess I could have done it myself for less money, but I wanted to have a professional. I didn't want to poison any neighborhood pets by accident.

I called and they sent someone in less than an hour. That's right - less than an hour! The serviceman was polite, knowledgeable and took care of the problem in short order. They took the Angie's list coupon, too. I only have good things to say about this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Cannot recommend Amherst Exterminators enough! Emailed on a Sunday and received a callback within 15 minutes. I was unable to answer so I called back Monday morning. They were able to put me on the schedule for later that afternoon. Tech showed up a few minutes early to the appointment and was polite and professional. Walked me through all my options and let me decide what option was best for me. Not pushy sales at all. Sprayed for ants both inside and out and haven't seen any since! We're happy to apply the Angie's list discount too!
