AC Architectural Concrete Inc.

Had this contractor come out and give and estimate. I specifically asked for them to email me the estimate, which they did. Month's later they then mailed me a contract requesting a deposit, which I inadvertantly paid thinking they were the contractor I had hired. I sent in over $1,000.00. As soon as I realized my error I contacted them requesting a refund, or that they apply it toward my driveway which I would have hired them to do the following year. They refused, flatly and told me it was too bad. I understand that I made a mistake, but they had not scheduled me, and it was June 2 so they had plenty of time to find other work. I would not trust anyone who does business like this. Also there contract does not state anywhere that the deposit is not refundable.
