She has done my pets for years. Suddenly refuses to respond to phone messages, emails or text messages! Just ignores instead of being professional and responding to say I don’t want to do your pet anymore! If something better comes up she will cancel you or just not respond to you at all! Unprofessional so be careful how she may be with your pet! Insist on watching her groom your pet! Beware

Sue did our dogs grooming a few times and everything seemed good. She did say our dog was a bit anxious but always seemed positive, and did a nice job. I have been trying to contact her again by phone and email for week to set up an appointment, but have not gotten any responses. Maybe she isn't grooming anymore, but a response would be appreciated no matter what the reason may be. If there is a reason she could not, or did not want to groom for us any more, she should have been professional enough to tell us so we could look for another groomer.

I am very sensitive to dogs and have had allergies my entire life. My wife found Sue by word of mouth and we have been able to maintain two clean dogs by employing Sue on a weekly basis. Dogs are clean, house is clean, I'm happy, kids are happy, allergies at bay. She's a lifesaver!

She is mobile groomer, she comes to your home. Everything is contained and it was much more comfortable for my pets to be at home. She has been in business for a long time.
