The quotes were within $100 of each other. The top of our house is 3 stories in spots and it has a very steep roof pitch, which they had to climb onto in order to stain parts of the house. Sean Stringer provided the estimate. He was very thorough. The quote included things to add on if needed, like cost of carpenter, gutter cleaning , washing the house first, etc.
Everyone at the company was very courteous and professional.
Nick Stringer along with 3 other people completed the staining in about 8 hours over 2 days. I provided the stain which took about 8 or 9 gallons to complete the job. They were neat and very professional.
There were no extra or hidden costs. What they estimated was what I paid.
