Went to Henner Automotive when power steering failed. I didn't have an appointment, but they checked the car right away even though they were very busy. Found a failed high pressure hose which had lost all fluid. They told me they could fix it by the next day. I also needed new tires and asked for a price. He quoted a price that was very reasonable for 4 middle quality tires mounted and balanced. He could get that done in the same time frame. When I picked up the car the next afternoon it had higher quality tires on it for no increase in price. I have had similar experience every time I have used Henner. He's always busy but works hard to get the job done.
