It went very well. The employees were very polite and were happy to help. My screen was repaired within 2 days and was returned in great condition. I was able to tell that they care about their customers and care about what they do

I brought my screen to the store and they were all great and super helpful. They were very professional and fixed my screen very quickly. I had the screen back in my window the next day! I would highly recommend going to Whitestone Hardware for a screen repair. After fixing my screen they also informed me that they repair lamps as well. I brought my lamp in the next day and they also fixed that as well!

Very well. I originally just brought two screens in for repair but was so happy with the affordable price, I brought in 8 more. The house doesn't have that old, tired look to it which will help when I put it on the market. Very happy with the results.
