He is excellent, he comes late at night if he has to and stays until he completes the job.

My brother-in-law recommended him to me when we found out we needed a new gas heater. Frank was pretty busy and it took him a while to give us an estimate. (We were hit by some early cold weather so I can understand.) But he gave us a fair price and also a lot of good advice on plumbing and home maintenance in general. He came in around 830am and stayed in our house for twelve hours non-stop to install everything and had to stop only because he needed an electrician to check stuff. He stayed a few more hours the next day and made sure everything worked before he packed. Frank is very  easy to work with and will give you straight answers to your questions. A true no-nonsense guy. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

He spent a lot of time attempting to repair. Pump was 15+ years old. Replacement was only option.

My basement was flooded due to a sewer backup and the pilots went out on my water heater and burner. I called him on a Friday and he arrived about 4:30PM. The water heater pilot was waterlogged. He tried diligently in very unpleasant conditions to dry it out and get it to stay lit because the heater was only 3 years old. He scraped and hosed the sewage out from under the heater and in the process discovered my sewer trap had no cap. He relit the pilot on my burner. By the time he determined he would not be able to fix the water heater it was about 8PM. He told us if we wanted to go to Home Depot to get a new water heater he would come back that night and install it. We did, he did and he finally left close to 1AM. Throughout he was pleasant, helpful and hard working. The price quoted above includes the cost of the water heater.

They arrived on time and got to work right away. This was a lot of work and they were very nice. They were here for three hours. They were conscientious and focused on getting the work done. I would use them again.

Returned my initial call within minutes even though I called late Sunday night. Came to inspect the problem by 9 AM the following morning. Made an appointment to repair the leak and showed up when promised. This was a difficult job because of a lack of space to access area of leak. Plumber was efficient and meticulous. Did a professional job and was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Worked neatly and cleaned up everything when the job was finished. Cost was actually lower than I thought it would be. I would not hesitate to recommend Weber to my friends and neighbors.

THEY WERE GOOD. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THEY WERE A VERY RELIABLE SOURCE. I HAVE USED THEM PLENTY OF TIMES. I AM PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR QUITE A WHILE AND THEY ARE FANTASTIC. THEY STUCK THE SNAKE DOWN IN THE DRAIN AS FAR AS IT COULD GO AND PULLED OUT A HUGE CLOT OF GREASE AND HAIR. THE WATER IS RUNNING FREELY THROUGH THE DRAINS.

TOOK OUT AND REPLACED FURNACE WITH A NEW UNIT. I THINK THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED. THEY ALSO WILL COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO MAINTAIN THE FURNACE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

HE IS A VERY NICE MAN. HE FIXES MY HEAT, PLUMBING, AND WHATEVER ELSE GOES WRONG. I THINK THE PRICE IS REASONABLE TOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE IF THEY NEEDED TO HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THAT FIXED.
