"This customer clearly has no idea what electrical work cost these days. First let me start by saying her issue was much more than just fixing an outlet, which she claims in the review. She had no power in 2 rooms in her basement. One was a bedroom & the other was a bathroom that she recently had done by a contractor, who buried the junction box that he feed the power from, behind a newly tiled wall. So in turn we had to run 2 new lines to supply power back to these 2 rooms. Also had to relocate the original GFCI to the light switch & also had to install a double switch that controlled the light & the exhaust fan in the bathroom. This process involves cutting holes in the ceiling or walls where needed to run the new lines. This was told to the customer before the work was done, and she agreed. Then afterward also complained about the holes that we made. She also neglected to state in the review that it took her 2 months to finally pay for the work. Also I always let the customer know what has to be done & what the cost will be. In this case I also emailed the customer another copy of the bill for the work after 1 month of trying to get paid. Even even requested payment thru the Angi payment app. Lastly the day this job was done I advised this customer to change 2 recessed lights in her basement which were very portly installed. And also a issue with a light in the garage. Which she just yesterday put another request in for an electrician to come and fix. Bottom line is none of the information in her review was accurate. One thing she failed to mention was all the work I did was done the correct way & it currently still work as it should. She was simply upset because the work cost more than the $300 she thought it would. But most of all she called me a liar which couldn’t be dither from the truth. I have over 100 reviews on both sides of the app & never had an issue like this."
"Obviously your mistaken about who you dealt with. I give all my customers a full estimate before the work is done. No one by the name Dan works for me. Like you mentioned in the revIew. I have 73 reviews to date on Angi Leads & 10 on this app. Not one negative review. My work & service speaks for itself."
