 + -1 moreWe had star extermination come and spray for mice and bugs- they came and laid a few traps and before they left they asked us to write them a review on Angie's list. At that time we were satisfied with their work, so we wrote a review. A week later we found more bugs and we asked them to come back. The wanted to charge us the SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY to do a follow up visit as they had charged the first visit. Then they tried making its seem like we had our dates of original service wrong and that's why they needed to charge us the full amount because they claim it was after the allotted follow up visit time frame. They were incredibley rude and were not willing to work with us. And after explaining to them our situation we felt totally taken advantage of. I would never use this company again and I HIGHLY Recommend no one ever use this company is they any to be treated with respect.
