QUINTESSENTIALS

The sales guy ("RRY" on the sales form - can't recall his name, either Ray, Roy or Ronnie) was overly chatty, quite the used-car sales man (too friendly but not paying attention to what he was doing), but having had the useful information from a previous visit (with a more helpful sales person - I wish he was there when I made the purchase), it was relatively easy to place the order, which was supposed to arrive in about a week. Days go by, and by week 3, I call RRY up to inquire about the faucet. I left a message on a day he was out, but he did not bother to call me back the next day so I had to call him again. He was brusque, annoyed, and after supposedly making some inquiries, rushed me off the phone by saying "You'll get it next week". I suspected all along that he did not place the order on the original date (1/26) and in fact, just placed it when I called him on week 3. Subsequently, NOTHING shows up. I finally get in touch with a store manager, who initially proved to be just as apathetic. Made some noise about calling the warehouse to let me know but never called me back. Since then, have been on the phone numerous times with her, and now, it's supposed to arrive today, March 2nd. This is a store that has been there a long time, with good products, but this experience has really changed my view. I went there vs. cheaper, faster online suppliers, because I thought I would get better, more personal service. It turned out to be just the opposite. Quite disappointed, and feel like a complete idiot for having given them so much time. Feel somewhat bad for the manager, Debbie, as it was not her fault, but lack of professionalism or basic concern for customer service has been quite a surprise (in a bad way).

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I FELT IT WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERY ASPECT OF THE REMODEL. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.
