I was charged an exhorbitant amount--over $2200--for fixing a shower that had a small problem.  I was not notified of the cost of parts until the job was done.  I was expecting a bill for $500.  I am completely in shock.  I asked for an itemized bill, and was given a laundry list of unspecific parts without product numbers.  Beware of these guys.

Paul Shrank, who was my contact, always made sure that his men were on time and made sure the work was done up to par. When there was an electrical connection problem with the dryer, Mr. Shrank made every attempt to try to remedy the issue even though it was an electrical and not a plumbing issue. The extra effort was very much appreciated. I fully trusted the company even though I was not present during the construction process of my newly purchased apartment on Park Ave.

THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK AND ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID NOT OVERCHARGE US. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESSES FOR US TO CLEAN UP.
