It went horrible. The grill doesn't work fully. They will not take the appliance back. If you open the box the service person told me it yours, with no refund. They are not responsible if the item sold does not work. Now, I can work with the company, Napoleon grill, they will send out new parts, BUT I am on my own for repairs. This information wasn't disclosed, and I feel it was very deceptive. I would not purchase from them, as they offer the level of service as does a big box, but once they take your cash they are done with you. So not impressed at all.

This review is written on the assumption that it's the same company or related.

The overall experience really could hardly been more frustrating or disappointing.   Contract for services was signed May 10. Timing for delivery of both ACs was estimated in the contact at 4 - 5 weeks.  One of the ACs did arrive within that time frame and was installed without incident.  I was told the second AC would arrive in another week or two and they'd be in touch with timing.  After serveral weeks had elasped without hearing a word from Nor West Air Conditioning, I called to follow-up, left a message and days later, the call was returned by the front office saying they'd "check with their vendor."  Several more weeks went by without hearing from them and I constantly had to follow-up.   Finally, the first week of August , 12 weeks after the order was placed, I received a call saying the second unit had arrived and could be installed on Friday.  They were bascially unconcerned about the inconvenience of this delay or the fact that I to constantly follow-up with them and inquire about the status which demonsrated a shocking lack of quality of customer service, particulalry galling given the expense of all of this .   The technicians finally arrive late in the day  with the unit and proceed with installation only to discover at the end that the wrong sized cover for the AC had been sent by the office.  The technicians were extremely apologetic, telephoned the office who essentially said "too bad" you'll have to wait until Monday.  Their position was that none of this their fault  because they cannot be held responsible for ensuring that their vendors send the correct  required equipment before delivery to their customers.  After the debacle of the lengthly delay in the arrival of the second unit, and the fact that I had to take time off of work three times to wait on them, this truly took the cake.  Finally, almost three weeks later, I am finally told that the correct cover is available and the technicians can come back to install it.   
I would like to say that the technicians who installed the ACs were very professional and considerate and, indeed, they were very apologetic re: the situation so they deserve kudos.  It's unfortunate that the front office management doesn't behave as professionally or have the same concept of customer service as their technicians do. 
I have heard from others in my builidng that they have had similar experiences with this Company.
