I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY MADE SUGGESTIONS TO ME THAT SAVED ME MONEY. THEY OWNER IS A MAN OF HIS WORD AND A VERY NICE PERSON TO WORK WITH. ALL OF THE WORKERS ARE VERY CALM AND WERE VERY HELPFUL.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. THEY GAVE NO TENDER LOVE OR CARE. IT WAS A BIG MESS BECAUSE THEY FINISHED EVERYTHING LAST MINUTE. THE SERVICE MAN WAS ALSO GRUMPY. THEY TOOK NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
