I wanted the thermostat for my central air conditioner replaced with a "smart" wifi thermostat that I had purchased. Also there were a few minor things I wanted done as well. The existing thermostat only ran on AA batteries and there was no power wire to connect to the thermostat where the thermostat that was to be installed. John went up in the attic where the air conditioner was and re-did the wiring there so that a power wire was available at the thermostat location. He and his assistant then replaced a light switch in the kitchen and rewired a faulty light fixture in the basement. Everything went beautifully. I have used John several times and I am always impressed with his knowledge and the solutions he always comes up with. Truly a can do guy!

Hired John to repair an exterior light fixture. I didn’t want to replace it, and John was able to replace the socket in the fixture. He didn’t push me toward costlier services than I needed. He was quick and had all the parts handy. I also hired him to assemble and install a ceiling fan (replacing a light fixture). He offered a few options for how to wire it and control it from light switches, with remotes, etc. The final choice worked fine and it’s running well with no wobbling. I will hire him again to install a fan in another room, and other electrical projects when needed. (I didn’t rate him on price because I didn’t compare prices before hiring him — I hired him based on his reputation, and am glad I did.)

John quickly diagnosed a short in our garage line, that was not used for years. Disconnected the line and everything was good after that.

John was more than punctual, actually arrived early at my parent's home for a job that probably he did not know would take longer to finish unless he looked at it in person. So the early arrival worked out because he finished at a time that I anticipated. Work was clean and even provided some advice for possible electrical problems he spotted in the house but we're not budgeted to work on those yet. The new dishwasher was actually missing a part but John was able to wire it safely that we didn't need to get that part - saved some time and money. We hadn't used a plumber for awhile at the house, so although the cost didn't quite surprise me, I did underestimate. But with high quality work, you get what you pay for! Will definitely use John again.

Perfectly. John made a neat, perfectly balanced installation, avoiding all the funny objects in the closet, concealing all the cables, and cleaning up totally.

Well. He was honest that we will need to rerun the under concrete wiring soon.

Excellent. He fixed the outlets in the one room by resetting the circuit breaker and he didnt charge for that. The kitchen outlet was tied to another outlet that has the button for being near water and that wasn't working. He was able to fix that pretty quickly by replacing it and then both outlets worked fine.

Great Work! John and his helper were very professional and straightforward. They even finished the job one day sooner than expected. The work was meticulously done. Yes, a job like this looks expensive but you're paying for the piece of mind that the work was done correctly THE FIRST TIME and your home is safe. I wouldn't trust anyone else for electrical services on my home!
