 + -1 moreOver budget, poor quality work (except 1 nice set of bookcases), workers poorly supervised, workers could not read or write, thus couldn't understand plans/instructions. Bizarre plumbing and wiring work, new furnace ducts installed with no returns, had to be completely redone, so we froze first winter. Gradually crew stopped coming, found out he had a much bigger job across town. I wouldn't pay any more money until the job was finished, so it wasn't.
Description of Work: Interior remodeling of 1900 era NYC brownstone, some demolition of walls, new kitchen, 2 updated baths, 17 new windows, new floor in living room, new wiring, plaster and paint 8 rooms.
