They were professional and did what they were supposed to do but they were not the ones who won my business, I went with a different company.

Please read the details above to see all the various jobs that they have done for me, each one done completed PERFECTLY! They are a RELIABLE, HONEST, HARD-WORKING group of greart guys. ( plus Nicole - who answers the phones and runs the office - she is the nicest person you could have coordinating the effort) I Very HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs any plumbing job done right, on schedule, or even super fast in an emergency. Our 1939 Cape Cod style home has had it's share of plumbing challenges and they are the only folks that I would trust 100%. I look forward to my next project with them. Description of Work: HONEST, RELIABLE, EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK, THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I have had the pleasure of using this company at least 6 times over the last few years and each time they came through with flying colors. First, my boiler broke in the middle of the winter; they repalced it quickly, doing a perfect job at a very reasonable rate. Next I had a pipe burst in my basement ceiling, flooding my laundry room: they flew over, solved the problem fast and were again very reasonable, A few smaller jobs followed: change my sink faucet, redo my garden hose set-up, Then the biggest job of them all: I did a complete bathroom renovation and they coordinated the project from start to finish. The room and walk-in shower had to be gutted, all pipes changed and reconfigured. Even my toilet (and drains) had to repositioned in the room. They installed new fixtures including a custom vanity & claw foot bath tub All work was done perfectly. I TRULY LOVE THIS COMPANY AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS STRAIGHT SHOOTING PROFESSIONALS, THAT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY! Arthur & Lisa in Little Neck.

 + -1 moreWhen the dad had the business,it was good. The dad was thoughtful and caring. But the son is doing it now and he raised the rates and is not as thoughtful as his dad. The service is not as good as it was when his dad was running it.

 + -1 moreTHEY'RE GREAT, I CALLED AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE. I ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND HE HAD NO PROBLEM ANSWERING THEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED MY HOT WATER HEATER THAT HAD CRACKED AND THEY PUMPED OUT MY BASEMENT.
