ABC flooring by Tony Tiseo

Tony and his team resurfaced the floors in my entire unit several months ago. I waited a few months to write a review because I wanted to see how my floors will hold up over time. The answer is they are just as stunning as they were the day after they were done. Tony did a fabulous job resurfacing my floors. Although some of the floors were covered by carpeting and old linoleum, they removed and discarded the old flooring and repaired any damaged wood underneath. My floors are now beautiful and in perfect condition. Thank you Tony !!!

Tony was pleasant to work with. He came for an in home estimate quoted me a price and stuck to it. I had two bedrooms, hallway and living room floors refinished (no stain, clear natural wood floors - satin finish). I had an area where the subfloor had to be repaired. He was the only pro I interviewed who told me he can do the best to match the replaced flooring with salvaged wood he had so it would match the best I could, as I did not want a stain. All the rest told me I would have to stain the floors Or it would not match. Very happy I went with Tony and will be hiring him for my next project. The floors are beautiful.

Expert refinishing, including along the edges where others have not completed satisfactorily. The refinishing has absolutely changed the look of the apartment. This, despite all the furniture and profusion of boxes in my small area. No dust on the walls, just beautiful, shining floors.

Tony was amazing. I called him one week ago (Wednesday). Within 3 hours he met me at my new house for consultation. On Thursday, he and his crew removed my carpets. On Friday they installed vinyl flooring in 4 bedrooms, and sanded down an area on my hardwood floor with stain samples for me to choose when I stopped by at the house the following Sunday. On Monday they sanded down all the hardwood and on Tuesday they applied stain and poly. Here I am on Wednesday amazed that all of this was done in a week. (No guarantees that he will always be that available on short notice but the man clearly makes the customer the priority). The entire time Tony was super responsive via text and phone calls and the whole process was by far the easiest thing I've encountered in tending to the new house. Quality of work seems superb as far as I can tell and pricing seems reasonable though I don't have too many reference points to compare to. He was totally on top of all the details - eg remembering to have his crew dump the discarded carpet on the curb on Tuesday afternoon because sanitation only picks it up on Wednesday (I had forgotten about that myself!). Floors came out beautiful! This is my second project with Tony and I highly recommend him . He is knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done right !

Our floors were the last phase of our total remodel. The floors were original-never refinished, had horrible stains, and had/have very little 'meat' on them, leading us to believe that they would need to be replaced. Tony was more than confident that the majority of the stains would be gone (especially since we wanted a darker stain), and that the floors were able to handle being refinished. Tony & his crew were prompt, efficient, trustworthy, & CLEAN! There was very little clean up to do after the project was completed. Our floors & staircase look absolutely stunning- and there's no trace of the former stains. Tony even reached out to us to make sure we were happy with the end result. We highly recommend ABC Flooring!

It was very well, I have used him 30 years ago, he did a very god job then. I needed refinishing on my floor and I did found him again and got him to do my flooring, they were personable and clean up well and nicely. They did a really good job, the job went out really great, there was no guarantee that the new staining would match but it went out really close and it was great. I was very happy with it. Reasonable pricing, not the lowest but reasonable for the quality of work they did.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work early. The whole job took 4 days including one day in between to let the first coat dry. They came and went as they needed and we mailed a check when it was all over. The result was beautiful and well worth it.

THIS COMPANY REFINISHED MY WHOLE HARDWOOD FLOOR, BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THE COLOR OF THE ORIGINAL FLOOR, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID IT VERY QUICKLY FOR A CHEAP PRICE, AND IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
