KOWALSKI FLOWERS INC

First problem was the flowers were delivered a day later than promised. Second, they spelled my mom's name wrong on the address card (I had spelled it out for the woman taking the order). The card I gave the woman to be sent with my order was missing and nowhere to be found . When my mom called to thank me, I asked her what it looked like and she said there were roses (see above!) and some smaller white flowers. No candles! And the worst part of all was the arrangement was in a "silver bowl", which although it was not what I ordered, would have been okay except when I later went to her house and saw it what I found was an dented aluminum bowl that may have been silver in it's early days but had dozens of scratches in the finish (my elderly mom thought it was a pattern/design- NOT!) and looked like someone had beaten the crap out of the thing, or thrown is around the room several times. I was heartbroken and ashamed that my mom even had that on her Christmas table. My mom may have not noticed how awful it was, but having seen the difference between what I ordered and what she got, not to mention my specific instructions and the cost, I was never so frustrated and infuriated in my life. I will NEVER recommend this florist and in fact will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to stay AWAY from Kowalski's flowers.
