It's convenient and they're familiar with the Honda cars. Some repair shops are more familiar with certain cars than they are with other cars, so I take my car where they know about the car. I'm there when they open, so I'm out fairly quickly. I go there all the time. They do good work. I've never had any problems with them. When I call for something or even if I call the last minute for an appointment, I can easily get one. If they can't get my car in right away, it's shortly in thereafter. I don't have any problems when I drop it off. They have a good team.

very good, very courteous, most of the time its done in a timely manner, when something is wrong they let you know immediately. they have a nice waiting room with coffee so youre comfortable when they work on your car.

I was impressed by the speed and thoroughness of my recent oil change. I arrived a short while before my appointment and immediately my car was taken in for service. Not only did the change the oil but, in addition to checking the fluid levels and brakes, also rotated the tires and checked the tire pressure. This was all done while I waited with a cup of coffee and watched TV in their comfortable waiting room.
Not only was all this done quickly, but the price was very competitive. This is a big change from years pasted, when an auto dealer could care less about your service business and their price was in most cases always higher than the local service stations.

I think that in the last couple of years they have been making an effort to improve their service. They were in a lot of competitive with the other dealerships. I think they used to be considered behind the other places but in the last couple of years they did a marketing blitz and their quality and follow up has been significantly improved. I think they are on an upward trend in terms of service and convenience. Anthony, the service coordinator, has been very attentive and I appreciate him. It is always a little more expensive at the dealership than anywhere else.

They did a good job with the service they completed. They did not stick to the appointment times and the car was not ready in time. My biggest problem with them is their need to constantly sell additional services, replacing fluids unnecessarily, charging very high prices for very simple procedures. I just don't think they are very honest in that regard and need a keen eye to make sure they aren't ripping you off.

It was fine. It took about an hour for them to get their job done. The service they did was good. The employees were polite and respectful. I enjoyed using this service.
