After rain washed away a portion of the sealing material applied to my driveway, Richard agreed to recover the affected area. However, despite numerous phone calls and over a month of time, nothing has been done. None of my calls have been returned. Richard does not stand by his promises, nor does he have the common courtesy to return calls.
