James is amazing!! We are first-time home buyers and we hired James to do an inspection on a townhouse condominium. He is a real pro and he was extremely thorough and diligent, carefully checking both the exterior and interior of the home. He went above and beyond by educating us on all the different components that he was checking, and was very generous with his time and answered all of our questions. In a real estate transaction it is so refreshing to have James on your side as an objective observer, to tell you exactly how it is without having any other interest in the property.
