James is a knowledgeable professional who knows well all parts of what is related to a house. I hired him to do an inspection at a house I am buying and he took the needed time to evaluate and check the box to every point. After the 2 hours of work he came back the same day with a detailed report of around 50 points with comments and corrective actions, on top of more than 100 photos, which was crucial so I could illustrate to the seller the flaws found during the inspection. Overall would recommend to any buyer looking to have their house inspected prior to the important step of buying a house.
