+ -1 moreIn a re-fi it costs a lot because there are closing costs involved. They were very efficient and acted on everything quickly. They kept us informed and basically that was it. I definitely would recommend going through Wells Fargo to either get a mortgage or do a re-fi. They have very good rates and locked in the rate until we actually closed, so that was good.
