"Thank you for the feedback. I understand as a homeowner it can be frustrating having someone in your home evaluating every square inch. Please know that the purpose of our inspections are to inform and protect our client while teaching them about the ins and outs of the home. Everything documented in the report was thoroughly discussed with our clients during the inspection in order to prevent misinterpretation. You not being present for the home inspection or hearing what was discussed can certainly make the report look scary and sometimes things can be taken out of context, but we stand by everything that was documented. I would be happy to speak with you about the findings and discuss your concerns at your convenience of course. Feel free to contact us at the office. Sincerely, Justin"
"Thank you so much for this nice review. I’m glad you were happy with our services. Please know we are always available to you if needed."
"We are sorry to hear of the concealed deficiency you found during renovations or repairs to your home. As a homeowner myself, I too understand the stress and difficulty of unforeseen repairs needed to an older home. As inspectors, we often have large limitations that make it difficult and sometimes impossible to fully inspect some areas of a home. We do the best we can to prepare our buyers for this by creating a limitation section on each page of the report. The issue you brought to our attention was actually documented on the report in two locations as limited accessibility/visibility. Unfortunately, if we cannot see it, we cannot inspect it. We do try our very best without putting ourselves in danger for the sake of our clients and hope our clients understand that. Providing quality service is and always has been our number one priority. We will take your feedback and use it to make our team and services even better, but we will not be threatened with negative reviews in order to take responsibility for concealed deficiencies in a home that was inspected two and half years ago."
"Thank you so much for the feedback. Please stay in touch and good luck with your new home. Justin"
"Thank you for the feed back. Once a client, always a client. Please feel free to contact us in the future with any questions regarding your home. Thanks again"
