True Heart Construction

Hired Nick while he was cutting grass next door. He seemed polite and knew how to speak with customers. His price was same as the more experienced company I had but that company decided White Plains was too far to travel for 2 or three customers. Nick s service over 3 cuts went from good atrocious in my opinion. He didnt show as scheduled and unlike the first few dates he stopped returning phone calls promptly or even within a few days. When I finally got him to tell him I was not pleased with his work he acknowledged he did not finishing and promised to be back within 2 days that never happened When I texted him indicating I was looking for a partial refund for weed cutting he agreed was not finished he called in a defensive and belligerent tone. It was in that phone call and after several unreturned calls and texts that he fessed up and acknowledged he did not complete the work but he wasnt making a refund because he worked hard...He also said his truck engine blew and wasnt sure when hed be back. His site says he does construction but he told me he wasnt confident in working with cement ( remember Nick ?) Anyone who falls for this fast talker bs ... Just because you have a lawn mower that looked like it had been to hell and back does not qualify you as a landscaper Nick or you having tools makes you a contractor. It appears you are a wanna be jack of all but an expert in nothing I can attest to... Good Luck I dont think the people in White Plains are gonna fall for your nonsense and bs..Like I said I knew something was up when I noticed Arizona plates on your work truck...that truck would have made it from the Bronx to White Plains let alone Arizona. Do u remember your response..I do you said you didnt want to pay NY insurance rates....They have a term for that its called INSURANCE FRAUD. Your neighbors arent doing that why are you ...Good Luck In my opinion this nice guy is not good at his craft or what he believes is his craft.

It was more then just mowing, I also wanted landscaping as well. This company does other jobs such as painting exterior and interior, etc. I will be having them painting my house. Very professional and on time.

Nick is absolutely amazing! I am quite selective and sifted through many options before stumbling upon this gem if you catch my drift. He is dependable, diligent, offers fair prices, and is youthful, so I wont need to search for another landscaping company for quite some time. True Heart has undeniably revitalized my yard after I let it go a bit following the birth of my twins last year. I am confident that I need not look any further. True Heart is the one for us.

Nick worked quickly and very clean gave me an incredible price... The floors look great!
