Torchon Barber Shop

I don't know the guy’s name.  I am a black guy, but he will cut anybody's hair.  He is a good barber.  I ran into him in another barber’s shop.  He has a clean shop.  Sometimes when you go into a barber shop it can be loaded down with materials that are designed to appeal to the teenaged male who is going through puberty.  This guy has got newspapers and magazines.  I wouldn't be afraid to take any of them to my Sunday school class if I had such a thing which I don't.  He has got a TV but it has a news channel on.  It's a great environment.  He is a good barber.  He does a good job.  The price is competitive.  All he does for me is cut my hair.  I take care of my own beard and sideburns.  The more they do, the more it costs.  He uses his cell phone for his business number.  I spent $16.00 that included a tip of $2.00.  I like that he has a lot of integrity and he has a clean shop.  You wouldn't be embarrassed to take you mother or your sister or your child there.  His price is excellent.  It's cheaper than other shops.  I have paid more than that for basic cuts.  The quality is excellent.  Punctuality and responsiveness are not applicable.  You just show up and you wait till it's your turn.  I have been using him ever since I found him.  My previous barber retired and moved back to Alabama.  I tried to find a barber and I started using a different shop that was not as good as his shop.  The haircut was good.  It was just the environment.  He came in there temporarily so he started cutting my hair.  He told me he was opening up his own shop over in White Plains so I went with him when he moved to his new place.  I have been with him ever since.  He just started his place sometime last year.  I am not sure if he has been there a year yet.
