Marcos of strong Humber is excellent professional. He does the job himself with the support of few guys who are equally good professionals. He cleaned, pitched gutters and repaired leaking roof. Each time he arrived on time and did excellent job.

Lack of professionalism and disorganization when it comes to scheduling their appointments! The first no show, they claimed that it was because he was at another project and probably didn’t check his schedule. Why is that even a mistake? Both no shows were a complete waste of time.

These last two years it has been virtually impossible to get through to book an appointment. The mailbox is always full and when we can leave a message it takes more than one to get a callback. Even when Marco promises a call from the office to us to schedule a followup appointment, they don’t always happen. Since this year we have minor shingle repair in addition to very full gutters, we requested a Saturday appointment, when we are home. We booked it 3 weeks in advance. The Friday before, Amanda called to cancel because they’re behind on their schedule. She told us she could not commit to a future Saturday without first talking to Marco, but she would contact us the next day. A week later we are scrambling to find another company to clean our gutters before the next snowfall. Perhaps their business is just too good now. Our loyalty has sadly meant nothing.

Marcos was great. We tried to do it in the early winter but it was too cold so Marcos came over and provided some temporary solutions to get us through the winter and avoid any leaks in our chimney. Once the project began in the spring the crew was professional, timely, clean and they did a great job. I would recommend them highly for any work needing to be done.

Excellent work, materials, and price. And they were 45% less than Flying Colors Roofing who also receives A ratings on here. Material was copper, so not a material of different quality materials or workmanship. Great customer service to from Amanda and Marco who came to price the job.

Marcos and his crew did a great job cleaning repairing our existing gutters and installing a new section of gutters on our porch at a reasonable price. They were meticulous in making sure that the gutters were properly pitched. A bit of flashing came loose about a week after they were finished and Marcos came by as soon as I called to fix the problem and make sure everything else was in good shape. We'll definitely use them for future projects.

I was provided with a detailed cost estimate and contract. Of course, timing is weather dependent but the office coordinated the start date. They also arranged for all permits. They started on time and completely the work within the time estimate I was given. I am completely satisfied with the job and would recommend them without reservation.
