We ordered two pieces of furniture, both to be delivered pre Thanksgiving 2013.  We ordered the pieces in September and just took receipt of the final piece on March 18th, 2014.  The service, follow up, communication and overall experience was an absolute disgrace.  Considering the fact this firm apparently prides themselves on customer service I think we would have had a better experience at IKEA.  When we ordered the pieces we were told they would arrive by Thanksgiving.  One piece did, the other they said would be delayed.  They never called to follow up about the second piece, I followed up only to be told it would be delievered end of JANUARY 2014!  We were not offered a temporary piece until I lost patience when January came and the piece still had not arrived, so they finally gave us a loaned piece of furniture for the interim until ours arrived.  Then the piece was finally ready for delivery and we had to speak to them on 4 different occasions as the delivery company had an outstanding balance listed, which was inaccurate, and insisted they would not deliver the furnitre without payment, and we had already paid in full back in SEPTEMBER 2014 when we bought the piece.
Buyer beware, for the prices you pay at Stickley I would take your money elsewhere, this was an absolute disgrace and they should be ashamed of their poor customer service. Ther sales person Mavis didn't even bother to follow up with us given the awful experience we had.  Managers Bruce and Lori were helpful, but in the end 6 months is not an acceptable time frame and multiple phone calls, constantly chasing and following up means I will never purchase from them again.

The sales help at the store in mid-town was pro-active, knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.  Delivery was prompt - 3 weeks earlier than the 4 month lead time they said they needed. White Glove delivery was solid, and because we saw a small blemish on the table top after delivery they sent a specialist in within 24 hours to fill in the slight crack in the veneer of the tabletop. It's now completely invisible. Very solid experience all the way around.

Stickley is top quality to me. I find the furniture beautiful and real heirloom quality. Though there is a real imperfection in the card table. I could never afford to buy this furniture till I was in my late 40's. This store carries Stickley on one half of their huge showroom and then other makers in the other half. I actually found the couch in the other half. The selection is excellent. Service, mostly fine. I know when I decided not to buy the mattress and the box spring, just the mattress because their box spring was unnecessarily expensive, they were fine with that. The sales lady I worked with was a bit mistake-prone but it all worked out ok. I also chose fabric with them which is a bit of an ordeal. They were fine with that: et me take home samples. So overall, they've got a quality product, it's not cheap, but then you get what you pay for.

WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME SO IT WAS WHAT WE EXPECTED. IT WAS GOOD. THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE ONE ON ONE RESPONSIVENESS WERE GOOD. THEY KNOW WHO WE ARE. THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT I HAD ANTICIPATED.

I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I STUMBLED UPON THE PIECE THAT I WANTED AT STICKLEY AUDI. WE WERE THEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT STICKLEY PROVIDED. THEY WERE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND THEIR PRICE WAS RIGHT FOR THIS ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM.
