+ -1 moreThey did not have the paperwork from the earlier appraisal on file, but I did. I scanned and e-mailed the earlier appraisal to them, which made it a much easier job. They took some exterior photos and researched prices. They gave me the new appraisal within a couple of days.
Description of Work: This firm had made an appraisal of a rental property 12 years ago. I needed an updated appraisal of the same property due to an ownership change.
