Rick did a great job helping to install the plumbing for our new vanity. We had a part that was missing and then they sent the wrong replacement part. Rick was very nice to keep coming back to help make sure the plumbing was finally done correctly. Our new vanity works great.

Rick was very punctual, polite, professional, and efficient. When we called, he suggested that we run a test to isolate the problem, which we did and could pinpoint the place where the leak was occurring.. He was quite booked and could not come out for several days, however, by figuring out the problem immediately, we stopped using the sink and that prevented us from further damaging the floor below the leak. Also, as he told us, it definitely shortened his work time, which saved us money. His appointment was at 11am, but he called earlier on that day as he could come sooner. He came as he said he would. When he arrived, he was polite and pleasant. He was careful with his shoes and considerate about not bringing in any dirt from outside. He immediately pinpoint the problem, explained it to me well. Right away, he got to his work, ordered the exact parts he needed, went out and got appropriate parts and replaced it with a new pipe and everything was completed within 2 1/2hours and tested several times to make sure that the work was done. His fee was not cheap, however, well-worth it. You cannot ask for a better plumber, and we will call him first next time.

All issues have been addressed. Rich was flexible and adjusted his schedule to get the work done at a convenient time.

Mr. Suarez was professional, punctual, and most efficient. He identified the problem immediately and had it taken care of in 20 minutes. He also provided a detailed, easy-to-understand explanation of the issue. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

Rick was very easy to get a hold of, schedule an appointment with, and he showed up on time each of his 3 visits to my house.  He unjammed my garbage disposal the first visit, and then was able to replace it after it later broke.  I would definitely use Rick again.

Rick was super! When I initially called to request service, I left a message. Rick called me back promptly and scheduled service for the same day. He showed up in a timely fashion, and was extremely professional and polite. Although my leak was minor, and a simple fix, he walked me through all details of the work and showed me a few tricks for bleeding the line as well. His rate was very reasonable, and since the work was simple, he kindly only charged me for a service visit. Rick is my guy from here on out!

I noticed a pipe was leaking in my basement when I arrived home Friday night.  It was the sewer main, so I didn't want to wait until the problem got worse.  I prefer to work with smaller, individual contractors and found Rick's business on Angie's List - he had great reviews from many homes in my neighborhood.  The website stated that his hours were 8am-5pm, but I figured I would call at 9pm and leave a message so Rick could call me back first thing Saturday morning.  Unexpectedly, Rick answered the phone and took my call.  He was very polite and professional and offered to come out to my house on Saturday morning.  On Saturday, Rick called and was able to show up even earlier.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue.  Based on my experience, I would make Rick my first call for any future plumbing issues.

All went great. what was the most surprising to me was how quickly he returned my call. I messaged him on Angie's list the eve of Thanksgiving and he returned my call an hour later. Rich was very friendly and courteous.

As mentioned by others, Rick was pleasant, professional, left the work space clean and couldn't be easier to deal with.  He was sensitive to our need to solve the problem quickly, given that the whole family was home and there was a real need for that bathroom to be operating. We had a spare faucet set around, so the price is primarily the price of labor to install new faucets, called on short notice, on a holiday weekend.

Whenever we have any issues with plumbing, whether large (boiler related) or small (toilet not working right), we call Rick.  This particular job was a small job, and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly.  In the past we've had much larger jobs, which Rick was also able to handle easily.  He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, well-priced, friendly.  Best of all, he is always able to solve/fix the problem.

In this particular instance, the toilet in our son's bathroom kept running/"flushing."  We tried to fix it ourselves, to no avail. Rick knew instantly what the problem was, fixed it, and made adjustments to the toilet to ensure that it doesn't happen again in the future.

RLS Plumbing responded to my call last spring promptly and courteously. Rick quickly made the repair while politely answering my incessant questions about the repair and plumbing in general. Rick is polite, neat, and meticulous in his work, and doesn't leave the cleanup job for the customer to do; he does it himself.
Rick has worked for us for 8 years. He was recommended by Anthony Bellantoni, LLC, our long standing contractor of more than 15 years, and he and Rick/RLS Plumbing have worked together for more than 15 years on all projects. Rick has done big and small jobs for us, but all were critical to our comfort. He is especially responsive to emergencies. One year he fixed a leak that was coming through the kitchen ceiling two days before Easter, and he replaced a hot water heater two days before Christmas. Both times we had major family gatherings planned at our house; Rick"s work  ensured that those would both be happy holidays for us.
And he always prices his work fairly.
RLS Plumbing is, and will continue to be, the one we call whenever we need plumbing work done at our house.

sink averting a real crisI have tried many plumbers over the years. It wasn't until I found rick Suarez that I stopped looking. His work is always top notch. He is not your typical plumber. He is personally and business wise meticulous in every way. He not only does what he is asked to do but makes helpful suggestions that save money in the future. He is always on time and comes when he says he will. He even showd up on a Thanksgiving Eve to fix a clogged kitchen sink helping us avoid a real crisis.

 We were ready to leave town  and  our disposal NEEDED TO  BE FIXED.  THE REPAIRMAN CAME OUT  BUT  COULDN'T  CONTINUE UNTIL A PLUMBER CAME TO FIX THE DRAIN  PIPE. RICK CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY.

We have used Rick for many years and would not call another plumber.  We leave him alone in our home and he has always been clean, professional and fairly priced.

RLS has always been great service.  He has  fixed frozen water pipes (including finding a solution that has fixed the problem permanently , and repaired multiple toilet and sink issues.  He has also fixed our hot water heaters.  Most importantly, he is responsive, prompt, friendly and very fairly priced.

We had asked Rick, of RLS Plumbing, for a new toilet.  But, instead he saved us money by repairing the existing toilet and replacing the flapper.  Rick has been our plumber for 20 years and he has always come through for us on both large and small jobs.  He usually manages to save us money.  Our 1st contact with RLS was when we had gotten a $1200.00 estimate to replace base boards but the RLS cost was $800.00.  While the pricing is consistently fair, the quality of work is superb!  Rick is also very neat and clean.

The renovation went great!  The work was done well, the provider was very neat and thorough. They kept to their schedule  and finished it when planned.   I would definitely use this company again and refer them to others.  I am very happy with my new bathroom!

RLS Plumbing and Heating from the very beginning was nothing but a true professional. His response to my inquiry was quick and was able to make himself available on my busy schedule. When Rick arrived he quickly surveyed the situation and very thorough in each aspect of the work to be performed. After completion, he walked me through exactly was was done and how the new faucet worked. When completely done with job he cleaned up and removed all debris. Very aware and mindful of keeping the work areas clear and clean. I will continue to use RLS Plumbing and heating services when needed. My house was built in the 1920's and still with original hardware and fixtures. His knowledge of the these fixtures and current hardware is top notch. I would definitely recommend RLS services to anyone needing plumber and heating specialist
