They are very polite, quick. They do all the work they say they will do. They are competent. They call when done. They also provide loaners.

We were very happy. They did a good job. They made us very comfortable. They had some coffee and food there. When they finished the work, they spoke to us about what they did.

The car is pretty good.  I can't tell you what it would be like if there were something really bad that went on because we have't had any major issue.  They are very professional and very considerate.  They are very friendly and they do everything they can to make sure that you come back.  He is very good in making appointments.  It is relatively easy to get a loaner; you can't get it every time but it is easier than what we used.  They explain everything, what they would do and what the problem is.  They are very good in estimating in terms of how long it will take.  Sometimes my husband just waits there while they are working on it but if it is going to take longer like an hour or so they will say to leave the car with them.  They seem to do good work.

Pepe Infiniti Incorporated is a reliable business. They have all of the right parts and oils for my Infiniti. The mechanics are specially trained to work on Infiniti's. I've always been treated with respect there. I do trust them to give me their honest opinions on what is best for my car.

The sales department at Pepe Infiniti Incorporated is great! They are direct, to the point, an they treat you well. Now my only complaint is that they no longer will inspect cars for you and that bothers me. If I want to get my car inspected I have to go to another dealership now that is out of my way because they can't do that on the cars they sell. It is a little peculiar to me. I think the car I got does not do great on gas and its fun to drive. In terms of sales though, I have no complaints.
