They gave me enough help over the phone that I was able to get online and then resolve the matter myself (I'm fairly capable with my system). I think they would be great for anyone who needs to get rid of viruses, malware, or just speed up the operation of their computer. If I need help, I will definitely call this guy.

I found out about Aaron through Angie's List. When I called him (on a Saturday) he was pleasant and professional. He began to talk about potential causes and solutions on the telephone. He said he could pick up the machines and take them to his office. I said I preferred that he do the work on site. He gave me an estimate for what he thought the work would cost for each machine. He had me on his schedule for that Monday. He called on the Monday to say that he was running EARLY. He came early and immediately diagnosed the problem as failing hard drives. He had proactively brought new hard drives with him. He replaced the hard drives and saved the data from the drives. He helped with re-installing some complicated printing software. He was jovial throughout the entire experience. He worked quickly and was a good communicator. He gave us options and let us make the decisions. He didn't speak in computer goobly gook-trying to impress us with his tech savvy-he spoke in layman's terms and made sure we understood what had happened, why it happened, and the solutions for fixing it. He sold the 500G hard drives to us at only a tiny mark up to him (I researched the prices later on the internet).

He was very responsive and efficient. He diagnosed the problems quickly and was able to stay with the job until it was completed. He was pleasant and professional.

He was GREAT! Very professional and trustworthy. I needed a new graphic card, which was a pretty quick fix, and although he could have legitimately left then (and I would have been happy with his services), he gave me the rest of the hour, helping me tweek my system, added more memory so it would work faster, and generally helped me clean it up and get it running better than it has for a long time. He was absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend him. I'm sure happy to have found him and will use him again whenever I have any computer problems.

I learned of Aaron Woodin from a dear friend of mine. Although Aaron is completely busy; he always goes out of his way to make time to help out his customers. I do not want to state a price since I have been a customer of Aaron for a long time. But, his prices are quite fair. There is no doubt that he knows what he's doing.
