So happy to have been connected with Paul Fattizzi. He is professional, speedy yet thorough and competitively priced. We talked on a Sat and the project was completed Monday. Now that's service! His onsite team was also super pleasant, efficient and neat. I was having trouble finding an electrician to remove a vanity light fixture and replace it with a new one (a small job) but Paul was happy to oblige. We all know small projects often lead to bigger ones so thank you SO much Paul for helping out.

Paul came with tons of experience and great ideas to share when he came to my home to assess the job and prepare an estimate. He and his crew are incredibly trustworthy, honest, flexible and professional. I am a first time home owner and new to all involved in renovating. Paul made me feel really confident and comfortable throughout the process, educating me on how many lights would be optimal for each room and where to place (wall vs ceiling) to avoid unwanted shadows. He installed lights and fans in the ceiling throughout my home, a bathroom light fixture, and switches with dimmers. He even came back quickly when I decided to change out one more fixture. My home required a special permit and inspection following and he took care of all the requirements quickly and diligently. I highly recommend Paul Fatizzi Electric for all electrical needs.

I would absolutely use them again. They've been around for many years. My father used them. My brothers have used them. We know many other people that have used them. They're quite responsive.

I needed to get a cable wire from outside to my closet inside. I contacted Fattizzi.  I was asked to send pictures of the room the cable had to go through. Mr. Fattizzi sent one of his crew members to inspect the site. I was directed to have Optimum Cable first bring the splitter all the way to outside the wall of the room and then Fattizzi would bring it inside the closet. When Optimum did its part, I called Fattizzi on Monday 12/15 for a Saturday appointment. I left several messages and spoke three times with a very rude secretary of his.  On Friday 12/19 at around 8:25 am, he told me that he will not help me, he said "I am not taking residential business anymore... they are too complicated."

He did a very good job but he is a little expensive. He was quick, on time and did it right.

The electrician arrived on time and set to work removing the old fan and assembling and installing the new fan. He changed out the switches and tested both fixtures. The old fans and fixtures parts were piled up neatly for eventual disposal by me. I am quite pleased with the results.

I only saw Fattizzi when he came to estimate job, after which he submitted a detailed and professional estimate, with several options. I set up a date and time with his office person, Janice. Two and a half hours after the appointment I called, no apology or explanation apart from "He had an emergency." When I asked why she hadn't called in that case, she replied with a no-nonsense "When do you want to reschedule?" That was my first taste of Fattizzi irresponsibility. The two young men who eventually came to do the work were fine, I think they did a good job (although I won't know for sure until the swim season gets underway). However, on the bill I was charged twice for one item, which I readily accept as an unintentional error. When I spoke to Fattizzi about it, we agreed that to cover the double billing his guys would replace an outdoor motion sensor light that had stopped working. After a number of reminders by phone, this was finally taken care of. Except the replacement light was a lemon: the wind could turn it on, it was aimed wrong, and it stayed on sometimes for hours instead of turning off. This resulted in numerous calls in an attempt to get it fixed or replaced, but that never happened; nor did Fattizzi ever return my calls. The last time I reached him on his cell he said he was in the middle of something, I said ok but please promise to call back. He actually said "I promise", but, predictably, I never heard back or heard from him again. So, while it was a relatively minor part of the job, I consider it to have been left uncompleted. Real bottom line: unless you can tolerate his deplorable attitude toward client communications, you'd do well to try elsewhere.

They arrived on time. I walked them through where the changes were needed. They proceeded to run the new line from the breaker box to the location next to the stove. At the same time, they installed two additional sockets in the basement for general use. They noticed a light fixture that was detached from the wall, and corrected that problem also. Each segment of the work was done quickly and professionally, including any clean-up after the work was completed. The four outside fixtures were also quickly changed, the majority of the time spent in moving the ladder from corner to corner of the house (the sensors were mounted on the corners about the level of the second floor windows. Paul himself came at the end of the job to verify the work and the make sure I was happy with the job. I would definitely use this company again for any electric work I would need.

Quality of installation went well. However the price of the job increased $100.00 when they were done.

I received a call early letting me know there was an emergency and they would be at my home around 10 and they were. The two men explained what they were going to do and we discussed the placement of the lights. The two men worked straight through not taking any breaks. They were polite and cleaned up when they were finished. Paul Fattizzi spoke to me prior to leaving making sure I was satisfied.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. I WOULD TELL YOU IF THERE WAS ONE LITTLE THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THEM BECAUSE I AM A TOUGH BUYER. I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WENT GOOD.
